A valid credit or debit card is required to be placed on file at the time of booking.  Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy below.

We value your time and ours.  To ensure we can accommodate all guests efficiently, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
   
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
   
• If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
   
• We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

 We genuinely care about your experience and the well-being of all our clients, including children. For their safety and to help us maintain a comfortable environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless they have an appointment for a haircut. 

We understand that arranging childcare can be challenging, and we appreciate your efforts to plan for your appointment alone. If you do arrive with children, we will kindly request that you reschedule. Thank you for your understanding and support.
